Goilkera landmine blast accused held
Jamshedpur, June 16: An accused of the June ten landmine blast at Goilkera, in which 11 policemen were killed, was arrested from naxal infested West Singhbhum district on Tuesday.

Acting on a tip-off, the district police arrested Johan Bhuiyan from Goilkera Bazar.

Superintendent of Police A K Jha, who has recently taken over the charge, said Bhuiyan was the one named accused in the FIR lodged in connection with the Goilkera landmine blast.

Police have been interrogating Bhuiyan, who is a former Mukhia (village chief), Jha said.

Eleven policemen, including a CRPF Inspector P Parimal, were killed in the landmine blast between Serengda and Oranga villages under Goilkera police station on June 10.
