Two persons were injured on Sunday in a bomb blast suspected to have been triggered by Maoists at Amjore village in Jharkhand's East Singhbhum district.
The blast occurred as a person tried to pull aside a tree trunk to clear the traffic on the road in Naxal-hit Patamda police station, Superintendent of Police, N K Singh, said here.
The tree was laid across the road by Maoists to obstruct traffic during their two-day statewide bandh that started midnight yesterday, he said.
