Kishenji aide among Naxals held in West Bengal

The specialised anti-Naxal force on Friday apprehended four left wing extremists including an alleged close confidant of top Maoist leader Kishneji in an operation in the Salboni district of West Bengal.

Official sources said Rajesh Munda and three others were apprehended during a search operation in Sabli village in the district.

They were being interrogated by a joint team of the Special Action Force and local police. The SAF is a specialised force within the CRPF created to carry out anti-Naxal operations.
